The Role
-- Communicate and co-ordinate with the client, understand the clients' intention and persuade the client in a professional manner.
-- Co-operate closely with the other team members, finish the whole planning and design procedure, control the standard and quality of the design outcome.
-- Provide creativity, according to the requirement of the Party A or the bidding documents info, to create the urban design idea, and guide the team to develop it.
-- Control the overall production of visuals, models and multimedia.
-- Handle the entrusting projects of urban design.
The Requirement
-- Graduate from key universities, majoring in urban design or architecture.
-- More than 5 years managing work experience in a reputed design institute or company, able to manage projects independently.
-- Good communication skills, experienced in contact with the Party A, can coordinate with other team members.
-- Responsible, professional and a team-player, go on business trips and able to cope with pressure.
-- Familiar with the related regulation of domestic architecture, acquainted with the latest technology of the architectural field aboard and home.
-- Competent in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch-up, good at sketching.
-- Fluent in English, senior professionalism title or 1st Grade planner certificate are preferred.
Position: Urban Designer

The Role
-- According to the design program and the existing planning principle and design specifications, finish the urban design project.
-- Assist the planning and design manager to create the project proposal, help to coordinate the projects.
-- Join the internal review during the process, participate the filing of related information and project outcome.
-- On-site survey and collecting related info, communicate internally, confirm the overall design idea, join the presentation of projects outcome.
The Requirement
-- University graduate majoring in urban design;
-- More than 5 years work experience in a reputed design institute or company, able to manage projects independently; for assisting urban planner, 3 years working experience is a must.
-- Have certain acknowledge on master planning and controlling plan, familiar with the planning procedure, have initiative design idea.
-- Strong ability of organization and coordination, good team work spirit.
Position: Senior Architect

The Role
-- Follow up the architectural design procedure of the project
The Requirement
-- 25-45 years old, majoring in architecture or urban design;
-- More than 3 years designing experience in big or medium architectural projects, have skillful architectural design ability;
-- Solid professional foundation, familiar with the policies, regulation and constraint concerning the architectural design field.
-- Can tolerate big project on the work of concept design and preliminary design independently
-- Possess certain communication and coordination skills, in addition to being responsible and an earnest Team Player.
-- Fluent in English; first grade architect certificate are preferred.
Position: Assistant Architect

The Role
- Assist the architect to design and develop the project
The Requirement
- 22-30 years old, majoring in architecture.
-- More than 1 years working experience in a big design institute.
-- Good ability of concept design and sketch is preferred.

Position: English Translator
Location: China,Beijing
The Role
-- Co-ordinate and support the work of the bilingual team, report directly to the General Manager, coordinate the work assignment, maintain in order the project information, and do written and on-site translation on the design program, drawing, contract, minutes of meeting and other project information.
The Requirement
-- Bachelor degree and above, majoring in English.
-- More than one year translating experience, experience in the architectural field is preferable.
-- Good literal skills, excellent Chinese and English expression.
-- Passionate in translation, responsible, detail-oriented, work under assignment.
-- Good communication skills and a good team player.
Position: Assistant to the General Manager

The Role
-- Arrange daily routine and schedule for the General Manager.
-- Supervision of staff to execute the meeting results, follow up and supervise the smooth operation of the projects and report promptly to the General Manager.
-- Draft of work report, planning and notification.
-- Collecting and filing of the work documents and information.
-- Client reception.
The Requirement
-- Bachelor degree and above.
-- Fluent in English - spoken and written.
-- More than 2 years experience as Assistant or Secretary to the General Manager, in the field of Real Estate development or Architectural Design.
-- Good images, decent behavior, detailed-oriented attitude, good communication and execution ability.
-- Good at official document writing.

Position : Landscape Designer
Location : China, Beijing
The Role
-- Landscape concept design, provide optimization, fully control and optimize the production of visuals, proposal layout, drawings and PPT layout.
-- Manage the landscape design team as the landscape project leader; fully control the whole process of the projects.
-- Keep good communication with the other team members.
The Requirement
-- Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Landscape design, Environmental Art etc.
-- More than 5 years working experience; familiar with the design specifications in China concerning architecture, landscape and urban design; experience in different types of landscape projects.
-- Competent at professional drawing software, such as Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup and other official software.
-- Skillful at landscape design, sketching and copywriting,
-- Solid professional knowledge, good coordinating ability, can design and provide independent solutions.

-- You will be responsible for 3D effect rendering.
The Requirement
-- You will have to be well up in Auto CAD, 3DMAX and relevant rendering plug-in, or other 3D software.

-- You will have to control material and lighting good to achieve a best scene design, be familiar with the whole 3D process including modeling, rendering and post-production.
